Jackson is running out of time. Meanwhile, Evelyn Greene, his soon-to-be ex-wife, holds the timer.
For Jackson, things never seemed to pan out the way he thought it would. That is, until he met Evelyn; until the puzzle pieces of his life seemingly clicked into place. But then, tragedy hit, and those same pieces came crumbling apart.
Now, after eleven years together, Jackson finds himself in the midst of their divorce proceedings. Granted only one more day to see Evelyn, to set things right, he struggles to hold onto his fading past: Raging against the inevitable, he writes to her in one last attempt to save the life they made and destroyed. But that's just it with tragedy--it can either bring two people together, or completely tear them apart.
Will Jackson be able to get through to Evelyn? Or has his fate already been decided?
Can someone really fix the mistakes of their past?

I met Salina today at a local market and decided to take a glance. I left with a copy of The Falling of Leaves. Seemed like I can relate to it from the quick glance around I took. Immediately once I got home I started it and haven't been able to put it down since. Will leave another review once the book is done. Great so far Salina 💙
I haven’t read a good book in a while, and this book was AMAZING, breathtaking, and with an amazing twist! Today I’ve bought her second book because this one was just amazing! Will keep supporting! 💗
The Falling of Leaves took me by surprise. It’s so refreshing to read something that doesn’t rush, doesn’t dramatize, but still hits you right in the heart. It’s written with such care and emotion that you can feel every word. I don’t want to give anything away, but I will say this: it’s the kind of story that stays with you quietly, long after you’re done. Thank you for writing this amazing book💕
The Falling of Leaves was absolutely breathtaking. It was emotional, raw, and beautifully written—every word pulled on my heartstrings and stayed with me long after I finished. The only downside was how much it made me cry (far more than I’d like to admit!), but that just shows how powerful and moving this story truly is. A must-read that deserves every bit of 5 stars.
